Let’s talk about gathering additional information about your project in order to design the perfect interface.

Testing assumes various forms depending on the stages and needs. Of course, many of them are mostly used and more suitable for specific content like websites or mobile applications. Still, since the tests themselves are nothing more than interfaces, it’s best if you see and know them all, at least the most common methods. The more you know, the more you’ll be capable of adopting some of those methods for your project.

Always keep in mind your typical customers and try and bring them to the test, with at least one person from the team explaining everything (usually called “facilitator”), while being as inclusive and confidential as possible. Money or health, for example, are usually regarded as a strong personal matter, so try and probe less on such matters by providing large intervals during your questions.
